Responsibilities

  • Support daily New Business Administration operations, including CDD clearance, free-look processing, counter-offer preparation, fund calls, and refund processing.
  • Review and understand business requirements and functional specifications for system enhancements and projects.
  • Conduct end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test execution, data entry, validation, and results verification.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform pre-release and post-release validation for new products, workflow changes, and system enhancements.
  • Coordinate and obtain sign-off from relevant stakeholders for system and product releases.
  • Prepare user guides, training materials, and operational documentation for new systems and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Risk & Compliance, Product, Marketing, Distribution, Finance, and IT.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative and project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in life insurance operations, New Business Administration, or a related function.
  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, or project implementation is good to have.
  • Good understanding of life insurance new business processes and operational workflows.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of delivering results with minimal supervision.
